The Summer Early Literacy Program is for babies and kids ages 0 to 4 and focuses on early learning. Early Literacy engages entire families and lays the groundwork for lifelong readers. Our program integrates the five practices of reading, writing, singing, talking, and playing through fun, interactive activities and helps develop language and literacy skills.
Weeks must be completed in order. Prizes are limited to quantities on hand AND while supply lasts.
Little ones can earn fun prizes by completing interactive activities with their grownup! Complete a minimum of five activities each week to earn a prize.

The Brown County Library Summer Reading Program encourages children to maintain their reading skills over the summer and helps children build habits to become lifelong readers. Programs and activities help develop positive attitudes about reading!

Read to win this summer! No matter how or what your read, books, magazines, audio books, graphic novels, and digital offerings, it all counts for the Summer Reading Program. Track the days spent reading to earn cool prizes, all summer long!
