Downtown parking is free on weekends and
after 6:00 pm weekdays. At other times parking is available in the library’s lot. Additional parking is available across Madison Street in the Pine Street Parking ramp. Downtown parking is easy and convenient with the Passport parking app. On-street parking is also available through the City of Green Bay.
