The Green Bay Neighborhoods primary role is to provide a formal link between the neighborhoods and the local government. The goal is to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods throughout the City by empowering citizens working through their neighborhood associations. Meetings are 2nd Wednesday of the Month at 222 S Baird St.
