Losing and maintaining weight can be a difficult challenge. Come join us for our FREE monthly support group facilitated by Lee Hyrkas, Registered Dietitian, that meets from 5:30-6:30 p.m. the first Tuesday of the month. In our first meeting, we will discuss overcoming barriers.
