Install the Printer

1. Connect your device to the Brown County Library public Wi-Fi network.

3. Under the printing section, click on the button that says Start the Process Now!

4. Click the green Download button.

5. Once downloaded, run the PaperCut Mobility Print Client Package.

Notes

  • Your device must be connected to Brown County Library Wi-Fi to submit prints.
  • Standard printing rates apply.
  • Payment must be added to your print account balance prior to releasing your document at the printer.
  • Prints that aren’t released within 4 hours are deleted.

Print Your Documents

1. Connect your device to the Brown County Library public Wi-Fi network.

2. Open the document or picture you want to print. Click print. You can usually find the print option by clicking File, the three dots/lines in the top corner of the
screen, or the printer icon.

3. Select the library’s BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) printers. The BW printer is for black and white prints; Color is for color prints.

4. Check that all print settings are correct, then click Print. We are only able to print letter (8.5×11), legal (8.5×14), or tabloid (11×17) paper sizes unless you provide your own paper.

5. Enter your library card number and PIN and click OK. The name field may attempt to auto-fill. In that case, clear out the username and enter your library card number. The password is your library account’s PIN. This is usually the last four digits of your phone number; ask library staff if you need help logging in.

6. You may receive a notification that your print job is being held for authentication. That is normal and no additional action is needed.

7. Go to the library’s printer/photocopier. Scan your library card, type in your PIN, and press OK.

8. Select your print job and press Print. When finished, press the Log In/Out button on the control panel of the library printer/photocopier.
