Note: If you already have a card and are trying to update your account, please click here.

You are registering for a library card (free to any Wisconsin resident).

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily granting full-access library cards without the need to visit a Brown County Library location. With this library card number and a PIN (auto-generated for you as the last 4 digits of your phone number) you will be able to access all of our online resources, including eBooks, digital audiobooks, and databases.

When CDC travel and social distancing restrictions are lifted, you may come to your chosen library to pick up a permanent card. Bring a photo ID that has a current address, or, if such an ID is unavailable, present a photo ID and an accompanying piece of documentation with a current address listed. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a photo ID to sign for the permanent card.

Please contact us at bc_library@browncountywi.gov if you have any questions.
