Author Kits

Teachers and home-schooling parents: Do you conduct author studies with your students or children? Then check out an Author Kit from the Brown County Central Library! Each Kit contains 11 to 21 books by the author or illustrator, at least one teacher resource book, and a binder of materials to help your students or children learn more about the authors/illustrators and their work.

Author Kits may be reserved through the Central Library ONLY. The Kits check out for two weeks. To reserve an Author Kit, call 920-448-4400.

Author Kits may be picked up in the Central Library Children’s Department on the first of the month. The kits will be held until the fifth day of the month. They will then be made available to other teachers and parents on a first-come, first-served basis. Please cancel your request if you do not intend to use the Author Kits.

Kits that are returned late or have missing or damaged items will result in automatic cancellation of your reserves and use of the Author Kits collection. You will be billed replacement costs for lost or damaged items.
